Have you prioritised pleasure on your to do list?

There is something called paradox of intention which means that you can reach your goals when you focus on being happy first. And it doesn't work other way around. Why? Because happiness is a fuel to your vision and the only way you can get to the desired version of yourself is by being already happy on your way. Therefore, prioritising pleasure on our to do lists should be seriously considered, you agree? :)

According to Harvard psychologist Shawn Achor, happy people perform better at reaching their goals. Here are some results of his study:

1. Happy doctors perform 19% better diagnosis
2. Optimistic sales people are 50% more likely to close the deal
3. Students perform better on their tests after primed with positive thoughts

If you have strong vision but you are not happy now, you are not in a fully optimised state. Therefore manifestation of your desired reality will take longer and will be harder than it should be. Here is a small tip on how to enter this state, before you start visualising or thinking about your goals, pay attention first to how far you have already come. This process is also called reverse gap. Bring to your memory all the things that you have accomplished in last 3-5 yeas. I bet that you'll realise how many reasons you already have to be happy. On some days it might be harder, but just try to be as consistent as you can and over time you will have more and more reasons to be grateful and happy with your self.
