Why trying to be who you think who you are supposed to be will never make you fulfilled?

Why trying to be who you think who you are supposed to be will never make you fulfilled?

You are not supposed to be who you think you should be, because that picture is a mixture of other people's beliefs, expectations, a box that someone else created for you. This makes you feel hard on yourself, you are not at peace and something is always wrong...self torture.Your mind is imprisoning you even though it feels safe. By doing this you are almost always restricting yourself and making yourself smaller then you are. Your assumptions are stick, whereas you are a forest.

''I am certain of who I m supposed to be'' has a zero correlation to who you actually are. You are not supposed to know who you are, this is the beauty of life..you can always reinvent yourself. The main obstacle with being certain of who I you are supposed to be is that you either cannot achieve it, or you do but it feels like hell because you are not allowing yourself to be you.
Replace the I am certain with I am curious about who I am. It frees you to be you. With I am curious, you stay opened and divorce yourself from small ideas and hallucinations about you. When you stop supposing, you automatically introduce more fulfilment and happiness in your life.

With gratitude,
Natalija
